With the abundant soil and landform, we transform the buildings into mountains to blend in nature and echoes our spirit at Sheng Lin. We selected the best fertile soil, recreated our visions and let nature unified with the architecture.

Shape a forest before building the house, let nature adapts into part of your daily life. In our past experiences, we planted trees on a large scale, our buildings had nearly 250 meters of vast green belt and 185,000 sq ft. of greenery in the public area. We understood the importance of giving back so we wanted to return nature back to earth. We drew back nearly 40 meters from the road to plant trees in order to preserve the forest; we reproduced the scenery of all seasons, incorporated water and greens into the building, planned landscape waterfalls and ecological pools in the open space to adjust the microclimate, reduced the harm from heat island effect, and created a suitable lifestyle for our residents.

Under the multi-layered afforestation of the garden, vertical greening was achieved and extended to the sky. We thoroughly considered about the distance between the buildings so that it allowed the wind to travel softly through the architecture. The “Forest System“ that we designed pervading the building’s atmosphere and furthermore conserved our planet.

Sustainable architect for sustainable future. Our foundation of architectural design creates green scenery and water, and aims to establish a healthy living area for all ages. We emphasized the friendly neighborhood space of “sharing, prosperity, positivity, and blissful“ throughout our previous projects. The atrium was inspired by the former Cheng-style courtyard, which nature could be seen from every public space. You can have the leisure and entertainment during the holidays with loved ones just steps away! Architecture is not just a space, but rather a “healthy, sustainable, climate-regulating” building that optimizes your physical, mental, and spiritual health.

Ideal life lies in the scenery of the four seasons, green buds in spring, cool breeze in summer, water in autumn, and warm light in winter. In our public facilities, we welcome residents of all ages to embrace the presence of wind, sunlight, water and luxuriant verdure. Sheng Lin hopes to create an urban oasis through integrating a mix of vegetation and let each moment coexists with delight.
